David Convery Driving Tuition Ltd Terms & Conditions - 2017
In these conditions "I", "Me" or "Myself" means David Convery Driving Tuition Ltd (The Company) and "You" or "Your" means the customer.Standard Driving Lessons / Semi Intensive Courses / Refresher Lessons.
1. Cancellations
The latest time to cancel your booking is at least 36
hours before the scheduled start time. If 36 hours is notice of cancellation
is not given you must pay £10 per hour booked in.
2. Punctuality/No show
Unless prior notice is given, I will wait for a
maximum of 15 minutes after the lesson start time before abandoning the
lesson then £10 per hour cancellation fee will be applied. If I am
delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, any time lost as a result of this
will be made up by me either at the end of the lesson or at a later agreed
date.
3. Road Safety
I reserve the right to withdraw the use of my car at short notice for any test if you are not up to the standard required to pass the test. I will notify you of this before the DVSA test cancellation period.
4. Drink & Drug Driving
It is your own responsibility to ensure you are fit it drive on the day of your lesson, any person who appears not fit to drive will have their lesson cancelled and the £10 per hour cancellation fee would be applied. When booking lessons please take into account the effects of alcohol or medication.
5. Lesson payments and Advance lesson payments
Your lesson must either be paid for on the day they are taken, no fee no lesson. Advance lesson payments will be valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. You have 28 days from the day of purchase for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Damage to the school car
The school car is insured in accordance with the road traffic act to give driving instruction. Any damage caused to the school car during the lesson will be the responsibility of the driver at the time of the incident. David Convery Driving Tuition Ltd excess is £350.
