Standard Driving Lessons

1. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a lesson, you must make sure that you speak to me on the telephone or leave a voicemail to let me know. Texts and emails are not acceptable. If 36 hours notice is not given of cancellation you must pay for your lesson in full.

2. Re-arranging Lessons Times

Re-arranging lessons that are inside the 36 hours notice of cancellation can only be rescheduled if they are re-booked within 7 days of the original lesson, and does not affect any other lessons that are booked in.

3. Road Safety

I reserve the right to withdraw the use of my car at short notice for any test if the pupil is not up to the standard required to pass the test. I will notify the pupil of this before the Driving Standards Agency Test cancellation period.

4. Responsibility

I cannot be held responsible for postponement or cancellation of lessons due mechanical breakdown, nor for driving tests postponed by the Driving Standards Agency.

5. Drink & Drug Driving

It is each pupil’s own responsibility to ensure they are fit for driving on the day of their lesson, any pupil who appears not fit to drive will have their lesson cancelled and will have to cover lesson fee. When booking lessons in please take into account the effects of alcohol or medication.

6. Online sales and advance lessons payments

All lessons will be valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. Pass then Pass Plus lessons will be valid for 24 months from the day of purchase. You have 28 days from the day of purchase for a refund, online sales minus admin costs normal terms and conditions apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Introductory Offer

This offer is for new and returning pupils. For returning pupils there must be a minimum 12 month gap between lessons for offer to apply.

Semi Intensive & Intensive Course

1. Cancellations - Intensive courses

You have 7 days from the start date of your course to cancel or schedule your course. If you do need to cancel and the 7 days notice has not been given you must pay for 50% of your lessons. If you do need to cancel your course, you must make sure that you speak to me on the telephone or leave a voicemail to let me know. Texts and emails are not acceptable.

3. Intensive Course deposits

Intensive Course bookings require a £75 deposit which is none refundable once paid.

4. Intensive Course payments

The course fee must be paid in full before the course commences which is none refundable once paid. Lessons will be valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. You have 28 days from the day of purchase for a refund, online sales minus admin costs normal terms and conditions apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.
